Seed stage(Early Stage)

We advise and fund development while the business is still an idea or a prototype, until it becomes a finished product.
Growth stage(Series Stage)
No cap on amount or number of rounds
We help you expand into new markets, promote the business, and fund it round after round as the company grows, to support the growth that comes with that expansion.
Late stage(Mezzanine Stage)
No cap on amount or number of rounds
We advise on listing on the capital market, or fund expansion into new lines of business, so the company can hold its position and keep growing.

We welcome investors who want to co-invest with us. Whether you are an individual investor, an angel, a venture capitalist or an ordinary company, Thai or foreign, these are the services we offer:
Spreading the risk of investing in startups and SMEs
We can co-invest with you whenever VCs or angels want additional co-investors, for any reason.
Due diligence on startups and SMEs before investing
We carry out preliminary or in-depth due diligence for VCs and angels on the businesses you are looking to invest in.
Financing for the startups and SMEs you have invested in
We provide loan financing, through our partners, to startups and SMEs that VCs or angels have already invested in and that later need more money when those VCs or angels would rather not increase their exposure.
We are an exit route
We help VCs and angels with exit strategy when an investor wants out and the company cannot yet list on the capital market or find a new investor.
More deal flow
We accept angel members who want another channel for finding deals, named or anonymous, alongside Unigin Ventures on the deals pitched to us by startups and SMEs.
